DELIVERY

We are committed to delivering your order as soon as we can. However, due to high volume of orders, deliveries are taking longer than usual.

Important delivery information:

• We deliver orders Monday-Friday.
• Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding national holidays.
• We don't deliver on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays.
• If you place an order on a weekend or national holiday, we will process your order the next business day.
• Orders cannot be split and must be delivered to a single address.
• We will send you an order confirmation email and an email once your order has been dispatched.

• We do not ship to PO Boxes.

• This website is for use in the European Union, although we may accept orders for delivery to locations outside of the European Union subject to legal and practical restrictions.

• If you place an order from outside the UK European Union, and we accept your order for delivery to a location outside of the UK European Union, then you may be liable for any import duty, local customs administration charges and taxes due at the point of, or after delivery.

• Orders that we accept for delivery to Germany European Union countries are currently being ‘Delivered Duty Paid’ (DDP) at no additional cost to you.

• Orders that we accept for delivery to locations outside of the European Union are currently being ‘Delivered At Place’ (DAP/DDU). For these orders, you will be liable for any import duty (orders not exceeding €150 in value are duty exempt), local customs administration charges and taxes due at the point of, or after delivery. In most instances, your local postal authority will email you to confirm that a shipment is being held and is awaiting the payment of import fees and will provide you with the option to pay online or at your local post office. In other instances, your local post office may leave you a ‘fee to pay’ card at the delivery address that you provided advising that payment can be made online or at your local postal depot/retail outlet.
