About the artist
Vic Lee tells true stories with his ink, often using London as the backdrop to his intricate tales. Fusing poetry with illustrations, it’s easy to get lost in his monochrome art; hiding twists and turns that you probably didn’t spot the first time.
The festive season leaves us on a high, but no one talks about what comes next: the dizzying drop after all the fun is over. I swap the city life for rural walks and crackling fires. Meeting new people who make me feel human again.
